The Artist...


Marilyn's unique designs are inspired by a life long love of silk and nature. Her hand painted images recapture the gardens of her youth and reflect her appreciation of the East Coast's simple beauty.

Born and raised in Alliston, Ontario, she is now proud to call New Brunswick her home. What started as a two week vacation in 1978 to visit her friend "Bill", eventually turned into marriage, three usually lovely children, and a life of gardening and lobster fishing.

Marilyn is a juried member of the New Brunswick Crafts
Council and a member of the Sackville Craft Gallery.
Her work can be seen at her home studio or various craft shops
and galleries thoughout the Maritimes.
